Connie Oliverio, Paralegal
Connie Oliverio was first exposed to assisting constituents with legal matters while working at the office of former provincial member of parliament Chaviva Hošek from 1987-1990. Subsequently, she went on to pursue employment at the Office of the Worker Advisor (O.W.A.) where she gained a wealth of experience representing injured workers before the W.S.I.B. and W.S.I.A.T. (Appeals Tribunal).
In 1994, Connie left the O.W.A. and began working for one of the preeminent personal injury law firms in Toronto; managing the W.S.I.B. and C.P.P. areas of the practice. In 1998, Connie opened Connie Oliverio Claims Management Inc. and has provided legal services and representation to a variety of clients from all walks of life and ethnicities. Connie has appeared on behalf of clients pertaining to all levels of appeal within the ambit of the W.S.I.B., C.P.P., O.D.S.P., O.L.B., and H.R.T.O. With an emphasis on W.S.I.B. and C.P.P., Connie has achieved thousands of positive results and decisions on behalf on her clients. Connie is fluent in the Italian and Spanish languages.

Stefano Oliverio, Hons. B.A. Paralegal
Stefano Oliverio graduated from the University of Toronto in 2004 with an Honours Bachelor degree in Political Science and History. He then attended Seneca College Paralegal Studies graduating in 2010. He received his P1 license from the Law Society of Upper Canada in September of 2011 and has been providing legal services to clients ever since.
Stefano has appeared before the W.S.I.A.T. (Appeals Tribunal), Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario Labour Relations Board. With an emphasis on W.S.I.B., Human Rights, and Employment related matters, Stefano has achieved success for his clients at all levels of appeal. Stefano is fluent in the Italian language.

Paul Carvalho, Hons. B.A. Paralegal
Paul Carvalho graduated from the University of Toronto in 2014 with an Honours Bachelor degree in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies. He then attended Seneca College, graduating from the Paralegal Program in 2015.
Paul received his P1 license from the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015. Paul focuses on providing legal research, with an emphasis on; Tribunal matters, Small Claims Procedure, and Provincial Offences. Paul has played a contributing role in achieving success for the Firm’s clients at all levels of appeal.

Roxana Cordeiro, Administrative Assistant
As the office Administrative Assistance, Roxana Cordeiro manages all administrative functions of the office; including: communicating with clients, various courts, medical practitioners’ offices, insurance companies, and government agencies. Roxana also provides valuable daily support to the legal practitioners she works with. Roxana studied communications at York University and is fluent in the Spanish language.
